When we support your Kajabi business, we think of it as our own. We will always think outside the box and consider solutions to support your members, as well as your overall Kajabi business. We are here for you ... so you can empower others and amaze yourself!
ADHOC SPECIALIST SUPPORT
This is where you can request general Kajabi tasks, updates, edits, and even how-to videos, as needed. These are coordinated inside our Asana project with a 7 day turnaround time.
Kajabi tasks these hours would cover:
โ Product edits and updates as needed
โ Back-end Settings, Automations, Integrations - implementation or review
โ General tweaks and updates to pages, offers, forms, menus, etc
โ Email Import, granting offers, customer tech
โ Automations check and setup
โ Other tech issues with your products
โ Tech questions with how-to videos
Project tasks these hours would NOT cover:
โ Complete Course Design & Creation
โ Landing / Sales Pages
โ Website Pages
โ Funnel setup
โ Blog Post creation & migration
โ 1:1 Strategy or Training Sessions

HOW IT WORKS
Following signup you will recieve an email invitation to our private Asana project. Please accept and jump in to review the getting started video.

These Terms and Conditions explain the nature of Jo Franklin, the commitment to my clients and the terms by which the client agrees to make use of my services.
By agreeing to enter a business relationship with Jo Franklin and purchasing any of my services, the client will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
COMMUNICATIONS: Communications should be by email to [email protected] or our Asana project board. I will always do my best to respond to emails/communication within 24-48 hours (unless it is the weekend or a Canadian Stat holiday). Virtual Meetings will be held via Zoom.
RATES: I reserve the right to change rates at any time.
PAYMENT: Our business will not commence until the initial invoice has been paid and these Terms & Conditions acknowledged.
TIME TRACKING: Our time is accounted for (and billed) in 15 minutes increments. We track for time spent in communication with you, either verbally or electronically, and for the time working on your tasks.
TECH SUPPORT TASK SUBMISSION: During the onboarding process, you will be set up with an Asana project board for communications and submitting tasks.
Tasks should be posted to your Asana board with all supporting information. Once I confirm I have all the required information to complete the task, the task will be scheduled in my calendar and I will communicate this schedule with you.
If you're not comfortable using Asana, please just let me know ... we'll work it out.
DEADLINED TASKS: Any deadlined and dated tasks MUST be communicated with us and availability confirmed. This will typically involve a zoom meeting and a mutual understanding of deadlines and project outline. Hourly Support does not guarantee deadlined tasks, so it’s important we communicate deadlines and I will confirm availability and completion time expectations.
TURNAROUND TIME: Turnaround time for Kajabi Support tasks is typically 7 days. That is our goal and we do my very best to adhere to that. Sometimes it’s less and sometimes it could be more … we will always communicate with you within Asana or via email.
>> Should the client consider a request to be urgent and request completion within less than 7 days, additional rates will apply - ONLY if we approve the request and can accommodate the request.
Our work schedule is flexible and we will always strive to deliver work to the best of our ability and within the timeframe communicated.
EXPECTATIONS: The client understands that he/she is hiring team Jo as an external service provider and that we are not an employee of the client.
We appreciate honesty, respect and open communication, and we are enthusiastic about working in collaborative partnerships. ๐งก
RESPONSIBILITY: All reasonable efforts will be made by myself and team to produce accurate work products. Acceptance of completed work [by the Client] constitutes a full release and will be considered the Client’s full approval.
NOTICE PERIODS: Either party reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time. No refund will be given for pre-paid support hours not used.
CONFIDENTIALITY: This confidentiality clause includes:
- all information relating to the Client, including his/her identity and any information about his/her matters, business, transactions, affairs, products, systems, client and customer information and anything which is specified to be confidential
- all of the Client’s email correspondence (personal or business related) and private website/social media engagement
- all of the Client’s passwords and login details for email, websites and any other online systems
- all information about the Client or his/her associates, financial affairs, strategic or management plans, marketing, technical/development plans and any other information which is treated by the Client or his/her associates as confidential.
I agree to treat the Client’s information above as strictly confidential and this obligation applies both during this agreement and afterwards. I will not share the Client's information with any third party unless compelled to do so by law. The above does not apply to information that is freely available to the public.
CHANGES IN TERMS & CONDITIONS: I reserve the right to revise these terms from time to time, for example, to apply legal requirements to reflect functional changes. The Client will be notified of any changes and if the Client disagrees with the general terms the Client must discontinue use of my service.
GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
